In person one-on-one training sessions in the comfort of your home. During the first consultation your dog will have an assessment to determine what kind of training or behaviour modification is required.

Each dog and each home is unique, and training is customized to your specific dog and environmental factors.  It is important that each family member is involved in the training sessions as the focus is changing the dogs behaviours, by first having the humans know what to do, to set the dog up for success.

Having over 10 years of experience in education enables me to teach you and your family how to properly handle your dog, and gain more confidence with how you approach every day tasks with your dog. You will see an improvement in your dog after the first session.

PRIVATE 1 TO 1 TRAINING

OBEDIENCE TRAINING
This focuses on developing your dog's basic manners and learning new skills that the dog may be unfamiliar with or may require strengthening. Some examples include  loose leash walking / heel training, sit, stay, place, leave it, drop it, crate training, threshhold training, clicker traing, recall training.

PUPPY TRAINING
This focuses on developing your puppy's manners inside and outside of the home beginning the first day you bring them home. This includes crate training, place training, house training  (no1 and no2), heel training, socialization, and teaching basic obedience  commands. Training your puppy from the first day you bring them home can have very profound effects as they transition into adulthood.  This is also important as it can prevent unwanted behaviours from developing and progressing into problematic behaviour such as jumping, and biting.

ECOLLAR TRAINING
This is an advanced training method that is done very humanely and is most often used to generate a perfect recall for your dog to ensure they return to you safely in a dangerous situation.  For example, traffic, wild animals, environmental factors. Ecollar training is done with a remote and requires a minimum of 4 weeks to train.
